The building of the sanatorium «Zarya» was completed in 1985 under the project of Evsey Vulfovich Perchenkov. A year later it was named «Zori Rosii» («Dawns of Russia»). In the period from 1999 to 2014, it was called «Zori Ukrainy» («Dawns of Ukraine»).
